The ROI Team provides the following Pre-Opening hotel services:
Prior to opening, we will develop and maintain:
Staffing plan
Scheduling
Budget
Sales and marketing services
Activities established in the franchise agreement
We will oversee and implement:
A policies and procedures manual that complies with franchise standards
A 5 year performance operations business plan and budget—including advertising/promotion costs
The interviewing and hiring process, of key management prior to opening.
We will also:
Provide FF&E and OS&E procurement services
Establish accounting procedures, books, and records
Solicit bids for service contracts
Give direction and feedback on hotel, restaurant, lounge, and conference space design and layout
